2. Provision of the website and server logs

The website is hosted on servers operated by Host Europe GmbH in Germany or France. Host Europe processes the data required for technical operation as a service provider under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically required connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested address, data volume, status code, referring page, and browser and operating-system information.

Processing serves delivery, stability, security and abuse detection. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted once it is no longer required; it is retained longer only to investigate specific security incidents or to meet statutory obligations.

3. Contact

If contact is made by email, telephone, fax or a provided contact form, the information supplied is processed to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication serves to initiate or perform a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

After the enquiry has been conclusively handled, the data is deleted unless statutory retention duties or another legal ground requires continued storage. Form messages are sent through the website’s technical mail infrastructure to the Kuntz-IT contact mailbox.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The public website does not use analytics, marketing or convenience cookies. A technically necessary session cookie may be set when the contact form is opened. It protects the form process against abuse, supports server-side rate limiting and expires with the browser session. It is not used for analytics or advertising.

No consent banner is required for this configuration. The website does not create user profiles or perform cross-site tracking.

5. Fonts and external content

Fonts, images, design assets and other files required for presentation are served locally by the website. Analytics or advertising services, social-media plugins, maps, external videos and comparable embeds are not used. Merely visiting the website therefore does not establish a connection to such third parties.

6. Recipients and transfers to third countries

Personal data is disclosed only where required for technical operation, handling a contact request or statutory obligations. Hosting and mail operation take place on Host Europe infrastructure in Germany or France.

The public website does not plan routine transfers to recipients outside the European Union or European Economic Area. If an individual case requires such a transfer, its legal basis will be reviewed beforehand.

7. Rights of data subjects

Subject to statutory requirements, data subjects have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, a right to object exists subject to the statutory requirements. Requests may be sent to the email address in section 1.
